This a new aquatic fitness class that we are very excited to start! This is a High-intensity aquatic cardio workout with intervals of total body toning and core strength development. It is recommended that you have intermediate to advanced swimming skills, as we will be doing some lap swimming as well. If you are looking for a great cross-training option or you are simply looking for a more intense aquatic workout, Bootcamp is for you!
